These are the terms and conditions of our agreement that apply to all purchases of products by you from Highworth Emporium web site and you should read them carefully.

We understand that buying over the Internet you are not able to fully assess the quality of our goods and it may put you off buying them, that’s why we offer a free exchange/refund service for whatever reason.  All we ask is that products are returned within 14 days and that they must be unused and in their original packaging.  All tags and labels must still be attached.
Items not returned in this condition will not be exchanged/refunded and will be returned to the customer.

Once items have been received by Highworth Emporium the monies paid for the item will be credited to your account or a cheque sent out to you depending on original payment method.

Please ensure that you have proof of postage from your Post Office.
