• Making a purchase

Making a purchase could not be easier.  Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping basket.  After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.  All prices are reflected in UK Pounds Sterling including VAT, providing delivery is to a location in the UK.  Orders outside of the United Kingdom may be subject to an additional charge.  We are under no obligation to accept your order, but would normally do so where the product is available, the order reflects current pricing and your credit card/ debit card payment is approved by your credit card/ debit card company.  We will notify you of our acceptance of your order by email shortly after we receive it.

• Payment for goods

You may pay for your goods using major credit and debit cards; Visa, MasterCard, Maestro.  Secure Servers offer Highworth Emporium customers the highest level of security when entering credit card details over the Internet.  When placing an order all credit card numbers are entered on to a secure merchant account site.  The only information that Highworth Emporium holds is name, address, phone number etc.  All credit/debit card purchases are subject to the normal validation checks and authorisation procedures adopted by the card issuer.  Any refusal by the issuer of any payment card to authorise the payment to us, for any reason, will not render Highworth Emporium liable for any delay or non-delivery.

Highworth Emporium is committed to maintaining your privacy.
Typically we will ask for your name, telephone number, home address and email address when orders are placed.  For payment purposes we will require postal addresses and payment method details.  Highworth Emporium does not disclose buyer’s information to third parties.  Cookies are used on this shopping site, but only to keep track of the contents of your shopping cart once you have selected an item.
