As far as mystical creatures go, dragons are a strong fans favourite. This cheeky little buddy is called Flame and it goes without saying why this might be! Carrying a fearless name can sometimes be overwhelming, especially when you are as calm and collected at this little cerulean blue mohair furred dragon. He has contrasting lime yellow belly, and beautiful fearless wired wings matching with his big same shaped ears.
Flame is a limited edition - being one of only 600 pieces. Born in 2020 but not released to us until 2021 Flame will certainly delight, and his uniqueness will stand out from the Teddy Bear crowd. This Charlie Bear thinks he is the toughest Dragon out there, but we all know he loves nothing more than giving breathing out fire a break by cuddling up in your hands.
Although Flame is petite standing at approximately 18cm/7inches he is stunning. This magical Dragon will arrive in his very own embroidered drawstring bag.
Flame is a special and mystical cuddly treasure for any collector.
This bear has been carefully hand made by a bear loving company called the Charlie Bears based in Cornwall, UK.

Delivery
We use Royal Mail and DPD as our trusted courier operators. All orders are shipped via tracked services with standard UK delivery rate at £3.95* and free delivery on all orders over £50.
All orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday to Friday (on a standard working day) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm are shipped the following working day. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday are shipped on Monday or next working day if Monday is a Bank Holiday.
We now offer Saturday & Sunday delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery service. Cut off times are Friday 1 pm for Saturday delivery and Saturday 10 am for Sunday delivery. Please check below for delivery charges.

International Postage
Please note that some items shipped out internationally may be subjected to extra charges like custom duties or purchase tax which would be implemented by the customs and charged directly to you upon the arrival of your parcel to your country. We recommend checking local government website to find out more about fees which may apply, as this is something specific to every country and cannot be estimated by us. Please note that as a customer you are fully responsible for any extra charges that may occur. Thank you for your understanding.
In the circumstance of an international order returning to us, we reserve the right to deduct postal costs from the refund. This includes the following reasons:
- Incorrect address details given during the checkout process resulting in an order not being able to be delivered
- Refusal to pay import charges
- Refusal of delivery (excluding when the goods are faulty or damaged).

Returns
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but things may go wrong sometimes! This is why we offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your product. If you simply changed your mind and would like to return your purchase, please follow the instruction below:
- Please email hello@highworthemporium.co.uk within 7 days from receiving your purchase, providing your order number to receive your unique return reference.
- Unwanted items are returned at your own expense.
- Package your item securely to avoid any damage.
- Please note that returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact). There are some items that due to hygiene reasons we cannot return or exchange unless faulty (for example face covers, earrings). This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please enclose details of your order with the return goods.
- These items need to be returned to us within 14 days from the day you received your purchase. We recommend using fully trackable delivery service for your returns.
- As soon as your items arrive securely to us, we will process your refund within 3 working days. A refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
- Please note that if you return products which are outside our return policy or if you can’t provided our unique Return Reference, we’re unable to process your refund.
If your item arrived damaged, please follow the instruction below:
- Please email us at hello@highworthemporium.co.uk or call us on 01793763675 within 3 days from receiving your purchase, to explain what is wrong with your item. If possible, please send us some pictures.
- We will then arrange a replacement or process a refund.
- We may ask you to return damaged item to us, at which point we will send you a return label. A refund will be processed within 3 working days from receiving faulty goods.
If you received incorrect item, please follow the instruction below:
As much as we try, we do make mistakes sometimes, we are only human after all. If that happens (huge apologies in advance) and you receive the wrong item please email us at hello@highworthemporium.co.uk or call us on 01793763675 within 3 days from receiving your purchase. We will then arrange a replacement or a refund. Either way we will ask you to return the wrong item to us, at which point we will send you a return label.
