All orders placed before 1:00 pm Monday to Friday (on a standard working day) are shipped the same day. Orders placed after 1:00 pm are shipped the following working day. Orders placed after 1 pm on Friday are shipped on Monday or next working day if Monday is a Bank Holiday.
We use Royal Mail and DPD as our trusted courier operators. All orders are shipped via tracked services.
We offer standard UK Mainland delivery at £4.95 and free delivery on all orders over £50.

Please note that some items shipped out internationally may be subjected to extra charges like custom duties or purchase tax which would be implemented by the customs and charged directly to you upon the arrival of your parcel to your country. In the circumstance of an international order returning to us, we reserve the right to deduct postal costs from the refund. This includes the following reasons:
- Incorrect address details given during the checkout process resulting in an order not being able to be delivered
- Refusal to pay import charges
- Refusal of delivery (excluding when the goods are faulty or damaged).

To save delivery charges feel free to order online and collect within 14 days from Highworth Emporium. All collections can be made during our opening times. See you soon!
We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but things may go wrong sometimes! This is why we offer free returns within 14 days from the day you received your product. If you simply changed your mind and would like to return your purchase, please follow the instruction below:
- Please email email@example.com providing your order number to receive your unique return reference.
- Please CLICK HERE to create your free return label.
- Package your item securely to avoid any damage.
- Please note that returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact). There are some items that due to hygiene reasons we cannot return or exchange unless faulty (for example face covers, earrings).
- Please enclose details of your order with the return goods.
- Pop into your nearest post office or arrange a collection from you home (there may be a small charge for this service).
- As soon as your items arrive securely to us, we will process your refund within 3 working days. A refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note we do not refund shipping costs. Please note that if you return products which are outside our returns policy or if you don’t have proof of purchase, we’re unable to process a refund, so please keep your receipt or order confirmation.
If your item arrived damaged, please follow the instruction below:
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01793763675 to explain what is wrong with your item. If possible, please send us some pictures.
- We will then arrange a replacement or process a refund
- We may ask you to return damaged item to us, at which point we will send you a return label. A refund will be processed within 3 working days from receiving faulty goods.
If you received incorrect item, please follow the instruction below:
As much as we try, we do make mistakes sometimes, we are only human after all. If that happens (huge apologies in advance) and you receive the wrong item please email us at email@example.com or call us on 01793763675 to report it. We will then arrange a replacement or a refund. Either way we will ask you to return the wrong item to us, at which point we will send you a return label.
