We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but things may go wrong sometimes! This is why we offer 14 days return policy from the day you received your product. If you simply changed your mind and would like to return your purchase, please follow the instruction below:
- Please email email@example.com within 7 days from receiving your purchase, providing your order number to receive your unique return reference.
- Unwanted items are returned at your own expense.
- Package your item securely to avoid any damage.
- Please note that returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in their original condition (including all labels and tags intact). There are some items that due to hygiene reasons we cannot return or exchange unless faulty (for example face covers, earrings). This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please enclose details of your order with the return goods.
- These items need to be returned to us within 14 days from the day you received your purchase. We recommend using fully trackable delivery service for your returns.
- As soon as your items arrive securely to us, we will process your refund within 3 working days. A refund will be made to your original payment method. Please note we do not refund shipping costs.
- Please note that if you return products which are outside our return policy or if you can’t provided our unique Return Reference, we’re unable to process your refund.
If your item arrived damaged, please follow the instruction below:
- Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org or call us on 01793763675 within 3 days from receiving your purchase, to explain what is wrong with your item. If possible, please send us some pictures.
- We will then arrange a replacement or process a refund.
- We may ask you to return damaged item to us, at which point we will send you a return label. A refund will be processed within 3 working days from receiving faulty goods.
If you received incorrect item, please follow the instruction below:
- As much as we try, we do make mistakes sometimes, we are only human after all. If that happens (huge apologies in advance) and you receive the wrong item please email us at email@example.com or call us on 01793763675 within 3 days from receiving your purchase.
- We will then arrange a replacement or a refund.
- Either way we will ask you to return the wrong item to us, at which point we will send you a return label.
